Human Resource Management across Generations within the Context of World of Work 4.0

The aim of the paper is to evaluate expectations cohorts workers from Generations X, Y, and Z with regards their perceptions what a "good workplace" is. Two research questions were formulated accordingly. Respondents representing Z, Italy Austria, asked consider rate (on 1-5 scale) eighteen criteria on work environment managerial approach. Multi-sample testing was applied during processing ANOVA Shapiro-Wilk Kruskal-Wallis test subsequently used for multi-sample testing. findings show that most popular criterion all three generational atmosphere", followed by "all employees are valued, treated, rewarded fairly". Interestingly, differences observed "customer orientation", which more important Generation "autonomous organization (time)", Y Z. surprising result significance corporate image, less than 4% identifying this as an issue across generations.
